From December 19 to 30, the 2024 Belt and Road International Training Class for Remote Sensing Monitoring and Smart Agricultural Information Management of the Belt and Road Agricultural Disasters was held in Deqing. 22 young scientific researchers from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and other countries participated in the training.
This training has set up keynote reports, expert lectures and other sessions, and relevant experts are invited to teach keynote reports and courses to promote scientific research and technical personnel from countries that jointly build the Belt and Road to understand the application of China's sustainable agricultural technology.
The training organized students to go to the United Nations Global Geographic Information Knowledge and Innovation Center, the Deqing Institute of China Science and Technology Satellite Application, the School of Geographic Information, etc. for on-site inspections and study. During this period, the students conducted discussions and exchanges on the training content, combining their personal work and learning experiences and international cooperation needs.
