On September 15, 2024, Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT) and the University of Ghana held a signing ceremony. Nana Aba Appiah Amfo, President of the University of Ghana and Gao Xiang, President of ZJUT and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, signed the agreement on behalf of both universities, formally establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership.
At the signing ceremony, ZJUT and Baima Lake Laboratory also signed an agreement with the University of Ghana to jointly establish an international collaborative laboratory for sustainable energy and environmental remediation. This collaboration aims to promote the integration of industry and education as well as technological innovation.
